Two-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and private covered balcony. It is centrally located within Seville's historic centre close to the famous Alfalfa square.

The living area is furnished with a 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, a central table and flat-screen TV. There is a folder dining table and chairs. Adjacent to the living room, separated by sliding glass doors, is the fully equipped kitchen with appliances for self-catering.

A corridor leads to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (1,35x2,00m) and a large built-in wardrobe. Beyond is a superior, marble-lined bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds (the second is a pull-out bed), built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

Other features: central air-conditioning (hot/cold), free wi-fi internet access and wooden flooring throughout.

The apartment is orientated towards a private balcony, which faces the building interior courtyard. Balcony with table, chairs and roller blinds for privacy.

"Corral Rey 4" is on the first floor of a contemporary residential building built in 2008 with an elevator. The apartment enjoys a wonderful central location, at just 10 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

Location of apartment El Centro

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.

The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times. 

Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

Minimum stay:

3 nights.

Refundable security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc. For this apartment, the deposit is: 100 €.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.
The other option is to pay the balance by bank transfer, at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Please request account details by email.

Electricity (only for stays of 2+ weeks):

The electricity consumption is billed extra, according to the original supplier invoice, or, if not available, according to the counters (0,20 EUR /kWh).
For this purpose, a deposit of 100 EUR is required for each reserved month. The deposit has to be paid in addition to the rent amount, and will be refunded on your second last day, discounted the electricity consumption.
Other utilities, as water and gas, are included in the rental price.


Check-in time:
16:00 to 22:00h. Late check-in from 22:00h: 20 EUR (to be paid in cash, upon arrival).

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: Free! Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax); 65 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

The apartment is clean, well-stocked and the perfect size for a family with 1-2 children. Although it was cold when we were there, the patio would be devine in the warmer months. The location is fantastic, but don't try to drive there in a rental car like we did. With the maze on one-way roads in Santa Cruz (many of them too narrow for a small car), it is easier to park at a garage and take a taxi to a main road a couple of blocks away from the apartment.

We had a bit of a complication on the night of check-in. Since we'd booked with an agent at Veoapartments who spoke fluent English, we had to idea that we would get the walk-through, instructions and key handoff from the owner who speaks no English at all. We managed to get by with the few words of spanish I knew and some pointing. Whether it was due to miscommunication or lack of instruction, we ended up having an issue with one of the keys (you will be given four keys that unlock the outer gate, apartment building, apartment patio and apartment front door). One door is supposed to be opened with a button on the wall and not the key. Well, we got a key stuck in the door, and the owner and a locksmith had to be called on our first night there. The owner was so patient and sweet, talking to our 2-year-old, and offered to stay and wait for the locksmith while we went to dinner with him since it was getting late. To our surprise at check-out, she did not deduct the locksmith fee from our deposit but, rather, paid it herself. She was very gracious and kind about the entire key fiasco. So, in the end, it was a wonderful experience, but I just recommend that you ask for demonstrations on all four keys (going in and out).

Oh, and Bar Estrella is a good option just around the corner if you don't want to venture far on the night you arrive.

the apartment was everything we looked for, Only, the kitchen stuff needs to be checked. There were only two cups and no saucepan for example. And that the lady who welcomed us didn't speak one word of English was a bit of a surprise for us.

We had a great stay in the apartment. It suited us perfectly - a couple with a 1-year old toddler. Apartment was very clean with good facilities in the kitchen. A good travel cot was available. Location was perfect - very close to cathedral but also very quiet. On hot October days (over 30 degrees celsius), the apartment was a welcome relief as it is very cool. Our child loved the nearby Plaza Alfalfa and we would recommend La Bodega restaurant on Alfalfa street.

Appartement très bien situé, mis au goût du jour avec équipement moderne. La terrasse est un plus ainsi que la climatisation totale de l'appartement. Un point négatif cependant la qualité du couchage, lit en 120 au lieu de 160 et sommier qui "grince " au moindre mouvement. A recommander pour sommeil de plomb ou pour les porteurs de prothèses auditives. Dommage aussi que la remise des clés ne soit faite que par une personne (fort sympathique) qui ne parle qu'espagnol.

Agréable appartement bien agencé et très bien situé, au cœur du Séville historique, à deux pas de San Isidoro et 5mn de la cathédrale. Il est calme, frais et assez sombre, ce qui doit être plus particulièrement appréciable en été. Nous avons beaucoup utilisé le balcon.
Seul bémol : la literie de la chambre parentale, peu confortable.
A noter : très bonne qualité de service de Veoapartment.

This apartment is a very comfortable modern apartment with up to date bathrooms and kitchen. The ability to relax on the balcony after a long day site seeing is an added pleasure.

The only down side is that the second bedroom is really only suitable for one person. If the trundle bed is bulled out, the door can not be closed, and IF closed cannot be opened.

On the whole we were pleased with the apartment. However, we would like to point out the following shortcomings: 2nd bedroom wasn't that comfortable for a couple as one of the beds had to be pulled out from underneath the other bed and so the door couldn't be closed, and also blocking the entrance to the ensuite. Also the door of the main bedroom couldn't be closed. On a positive note, the kitchen was well equipped and free wifi was excellent.

Bonjour, nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce grand appartement très bien situé. L'immeuble est très calme. Les seuls reproches sont, la literie de la chambre parentale trop souple et bruyante (ressorts métalliques), et l'absence de casseroles pour cuisiner. Nous sommes des buveurs de thé, et comme souvent en absence de théière, il faut utiliser le bas de la cafetière pour l'eau chaude. Dernière chose cocasse, les assiettes plates trops grandes bloquent le bras rotatif du lave-vaisselle, donc lavage à la main recommandé.
