Loft style duplex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and private terrace. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of San Vicente, just a short walk away from the main monuments and sights.

Lower level: open-plan living room which includes a sleeping area equipped with 2 single beds; separate bathroom with shower and the kitchen, which is well equipped for self-catering.

Upper level: bedroom with double bed, which completes the apartment capacity to five, and en-suite bathroom with shower. The room leads out to a private terrace.

Other features: private parking (see conditions), air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi internet access.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with access by elevator.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.

Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.

San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

Refundable security deposit:

Upon arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable security deposit to cover any damages, etc. For this apartment, the deposit is: 100 €.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), upon arrival.


Check-in time:
14:00 - 22:00h. Early/late check-in is possible but subject to availability. Late check-ins after 22:00h have an additional charge of 30 EUR.

Parking:
Daily rate: 14 EUR. Private parking garage in the building. Reservation by email required.

Additional services:
Internet: Free! Wireless internet.
Baby cot: Free! Please request on your booking form.
Airport transfer: 35 EUR (1-4 pax); 65 EUR (5-7 pax). 5 EUR extra for late transfers from 10PM to 8AM. Reservation required.

"Very quiet, comfortable apartment"

This is the 2nd time I've stayed in Font Terrace. The beds are wonderful, slept as a baby.
The apartment/kitchen/shower is very well equiped. Even washing gel for the washing machine was available. Coffee in the kitchen, shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom. Towels available.
Downstairs has a bath, and upstairs a shower. Nice big terrace as well, without streat view though, but that doesn't matter at all.
Very clean and nice furnished apartment.
The entrance, seen from the Alameda de Hercules, is a narrow street which is cleaned every morning with a nice soap smell.
Also all kind of restaurants and bars are on walking distance. To the centre is about 20 minutes walk.

I have been staying in a lot of apartments of Veoapartments, which are all very good.
Font Terrace was very nice as well. Quiet neighbourhood, well taken care of, closeby my favourite restaurants and just one minute walk to the Alameda de Hercules.
The interior is well furnished and fully equiped. For example, coffee, olive oil, salt, Sugar, hand soap, bath gel, shampoo. In one word: great!!!
As I was arriving very early, the cleaning ladies were still busy, but I could put my suitcase already in the apartment and went out for breakfast :)
When I came back, the ladies were just finished and everything was spotless.

Un appartement très bien situé dans un quartier très calme à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Très bien meublé et décoré avec goût .Tout est en parfait état.. Cet endroit n'est cependant pas conseillé pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants ou avec des personnes peu agiles ou handicapées à cause de l'escalier en colimaçon pour accéder à la 2ème chambre et aux terrasses.

A main advantage of this apartment is that it has two sleeping areas with separate bathrooms (this wouldn't be important for a couple, but is great for friends travelling together who want their own space). It also has two terraces; one off the upstairs bedroom which didn't get much sun but was nice for sitting outside to have breakfast, and one upper roof-top terrace that would be good for sunbathing. The apartment itself doesn't have any good views, but is in a good location, close to some great restaurants. The Cathedral is only about 20 mins walk away, although the walk is through the shopping district so it will usually take you longer! For an extra charge you can book a parking space in the basement, but getting in and out is tricky - you need to have a small car, but Seville is not a city for driving anyway. Other advantages: quiet, clean, nicely decorated (Ikea-style), small elevator, some English TV available (need to change the language using the 'lang' option on the remote), friendly and helpful manager (Daniel), bakery, wine and cheese shops and small grocery stores nearby, large supermarket in El Corte Ingles nearby. Disadvantages: lack of views, distance from bars of Santa Cruz (although there are places to drink nearby), spiral staircase to upstairs bedroom would be a problem for some people.
