Sophisticated duplex apartment with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a fantastic terrace with private swimming pool. The apartment, with capacity to sleep up to 8, is in a classic Sevillian house with an interior patio.
It is on the second and third floors of the building and access is either by stairs or directly into the apartment by elevator.
The lower floor has a private balcony overlooking the interior patio of the building. Large glass sliding doors and windows let light flood in. A passageway leads to the bright living-room and extremely spacious, modern kitchen which includes a dining table and chairs.
Two of the three bedrooms are also on the lower floor. There is a double bedroom with twin beds placed together and a large, modern en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds. There is also a separate bathroom.
The third bedroom is on the upper floor, and also has twin beds placed together and an en-suite bathroom. Opposite is access on to the private terrace, which has garden furniture, plants and a swimming-pool which can be used year-round.
This is an apartment of exceptional quality and finish, with wood flooring and under-floor heating throughout. Despite being in the centre of the city, it is quiet and peaceful - perfect for getting away from it all.

San Vicente is a residential neighbourhood notable for its many squares and churches, located in the northwest of the historic centre. Minutes from the major sights and attractions, it makes an ideal base to explore an authentic part of the city and enjoy some of Seville's most renowned local tapas bars.
Historic churches worth visiting are San Vicente - a fine example of gothic-mudejár architecture built during the 15th century – and the Basilica del Gran Poder, home to one of the most revered and famous images of Christ in the city. The procession of the "Cristo del Gran Poder" is a quintessential part of Holy Week in Seville.
San Vicente is bordered on the west by the Guadalquivir River and the riverside is popular for walking, cycling and running. "Plaza de Armas" (also named Estación de Córdoba), formerly Seville's main railway station, is now a modern-day shopping centre yet still retains its 1901 neo-mudejar exterior and the steel architecture of its industrial past.

the apartment is everything we expected and more. We travelled as a party of five, including our disabled mum. It was perfect for our needs. The lift was a God send in that as well as getting us from ground level up to the apartment, it also allowed my disabled mother to get up to the wonderful roof terrace from the apartment without having to use the stairs.
It is beautifully styled inside so it was a pleasure to come back to after a long day sight seeing in lovely Seville. I would not hesitate to recommend.

There were 14 people in our group and we used all three apartments at Teodosio during our weekend stay. The accommodation is very central, and within walking distance of the city centre. It is conveniently situated for the local shops, and is clean and comfortable. The apartments were very well equipped and my bed was extremely comfortable! It was very good value for money and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartments. If I was going to return to Seville again I would consider coming back here.

The apartment was in great shape and the location was perfect being on a small side street within easy walking distance of the central part of the city. We had 8 people, so an additional set(s) of keys would have been helpful. A couple of doors were a bit hard to open, but we managed to figure them out.

Very well furnished apartment, in a good location, near some great restaurants etc. Close enough to the main sights to either walk or take a short taxi ride.
Missing a few basic things, such as coffee maker (other than the one cup one provided), a decent iron and board, only two sun loungers for an apartment that sleeps 6-8. Could have used a few extra towels. Shame to miss these relatively cheap items which would make the apartment perfect.

High-spec equipment, tastefully decorated in a good location close to central Seville. The rooftop pool was a massive asset and rental service was straightforward. With full occupancy the price is very reasonable - far better value for money than a hotel. Thoroughly recommend.

My 6 friends and I came from Belgium to visit Sevilla and stayed in the teodosio apartment.
We were surprised when we arrived, because normally when you do, the reality doesn't add up to the pictures. The apartment was amazing, clean, there was a lot of space for 7 girls (who need a lot of space ;) ) to cook, wash, swim and enjoy the sun. So thank you, veo for making our trip very enjoyable.
