In an unparallelled location, with wonderful views over Plaza del Salvador, this duplex apartment offers luxurious finish with two bedrooms and two private terraces.
The apartment entrance and two bedrooms are on the lower level. The master bedroom, to the left, has twin beds placed together and a superior, marble-lined, en-suite bathroom. Neutral decoration gives a feeling of elegance. The second bedroom has a single day-bed which can become a double bed if the base is pulled out. The bedroom is lit by french windows which look out over Plaza del Salvador.
On the upper level is the living area with dining table and chairs, a corner double sofa-bed and flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living room, separated by sliding glass doors, is the fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances for self-catering. Beyond is the second bathroom with shower.
There is air conditioning in every room and marble floors throughout. All windows and french doors are double-glazed and of top quality, providing excellent thermal and sound insulation.
The apartment features two terraces with magnificent views over the church of el Salvador, making it an ideal space for relaxing.
"Salvador Terrace" occupies the second and third floors of a three storey building, centrally located just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral. The apartment also has a service lift to bring up your luggage.

El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

El apartamento esta ubicado en uno de los lugares mas bonitos de Sevilla.

the location could not be beat, the narrow steep multi flights of stairs were a challenge but luckily there is a lift for luggagae. The kitchen was very well stocked including spices, oil and vinager, detergent and many extras that i really appreciated, the main one EXTRA toilet paper - which always seems to be a miss in vacation rentals. The set up for bathrooms isnt ideal for the 2nd bedroom in that you have to pass thru the master of go up a 2 flights for the 2nd bathroom. If you have an early morning departure ASK before you are done checking in for assistnace in having a cab booked unless you are fluent in spanish

Unsere Empfehlung!

Our 16 year old daughter found this apartment when searching for accommodation on the net. We could not have been happier here. The apartment was of the highest standard in quality and cleanliness but on top of that we were thrilled by the view. It was so enjoyable to wander out onto the terrace at different times of the day and night and see the ever changing scene below in San Salvador Square. The al fresco scene is huge in Seville despite our visiting in mid winter. At times the atmosphere was electric but close the doors and the double glazing cut out virtually all of the noise. The San Salvador Church diagonally opposite was just stunning particularly when lit up at night time. The location was perfect, very close to the major sights (walking distance) and a huge selection of restaurants. The only reservation I would have is that the marble staircase may be difficult for young toddlers unless very well supervised. We have recommended the apartment to many friends as the outstanding accommodation of our trip. Francisco was incredibly welcoming and farewelled us warmly. You must stay here if you possibly can!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely and recommend the apartment. We have already passed details of it to friends and family, and would happily stay there again if we ever return to Sevilla.

I knew it was going to be perfect stay when I saw the photos of the place in the internet. I had browsed through photo after photo of apartments and this was the one that called me. The central location, the plaza where the locals meet, the spacious apartment, the two terraces, everything looked perfect. We had our first breakfast in the plaza while waiting for 10am to arrive to get our keys and pay the balance and the security deposit. The owner was punctual. At 10am we were walking into the apartment and after the key and money exchange and the signing of papers, we were finally free to enjoy Seville and this beautiful apartment for 7 days. The apartment is located in a 4 story building where the ground floor is occupied by a bride accessories store. Beware that the Spaniards call the first floor what is really the second floor for Americans. So, in American terms, on the first floor is the store, on the second floor the owner's office as well as a studio unit that is also rented out by the owner, with the third and fourth floor occupied by the apartment we rented.
The apartment is separated from the rest of the building with a glass door with a lock. The bedrooms are on the third floor of the building while the living room, dining room, kitchen, second bathroom and terrace are on the fourth floor. There is a second terrace on the top of the building which is accessed through the 4th floor terrace. The rooms look exactly as depicted in the photos. The furnishings appear to be from IKEA but they are all in very good condition. The kitchen is fully equipped, from microwave, to stove top, oven, refrigerator. There is no dishwasher but who needs one while vacationing in Seville. We only used the kitchen for breakfast as were not going to miss out on the Spanish cuisine. There is a supermarket nearby. El Corte Ingles in La Plaza del Duque also has a supermarket in the basement. The apartment is in the middle of everything. There are various bars-restaurants-cafes-bodeguitas in the Plaza del Salvador where the locals like to enjoy their lunch and tapas. La Giralda as well as the rest of the attractions are within a walking distance of the apartment. The apartment is in the middle of the shopping district with Calle Sierpes and Calle Tetuan nearby. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Very hospitable and friendly owners that gave warm welcome and introduction to the city. The apartment is newly renovated, fresh & up scale. The balcony has a great view of the Salvador church and the lively square below (noise is well insulated once windows are shut). It is right next to the start of the shopping district of Sevilla. The Cathedral, Alcazar, Barrio Santa Cruz and shopping are all within short walking distance. Numerous cafes within walking distance. What more can you ask for? One note - the apartment is situated vertically with bedrooms on the 2nd floor and livingroom & kitchen on the 3rd. It has a lift but is for transporting luggage only. Something to consider if climbing stairs is an issue for you.

The apartment is 5 star and could not be faulted. It is also in a location that is second to none.
Providing you don't mind walking up stairs I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone.

The location, on the Plaza del Salvador,is ideal for feeling that you are "in the community" and very close to all of the major tourist sites. The apt is beautifully appointed and has a pleasant little terrace for watching the world go by in the Plaza - also perfect for hanging out the laundry. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a supermarket close by. Our hosts who greeted us and sent us off at the end were very charming and helpful. Beware if you don't like steps - lots to climb!
