Newly refurbished, open-plan, duplex apartment with 3 bedrooms which can sleep up to 8 guests, centrally located on Plaza de los Terceros. The apartment is on the ground and lower ground floors of a building restored in 2010.
On the ground floor is a bright living area with 4 large double-glazed windows which let the light and air flow. Furnishings include 2 single sofa-beds, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen forms part of the living area and is well equipped for self-catering. Appliances include washing/drying machine and dishwasher.
Adjacent to the living area, and separated by a partition, is the master bedroom with a double-bed and a large wardrobe. Beside it is a bathroom with bathtub.
Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor, which is also open-plan. There are two bedrooms, both furnished with 2 single beds. Between them is the second, separate, bathroom with hydromassage shower.
The apartment is located right next to Santa Catalina church and "El Rinconcillo", famously the oldest tapas bar in Seville with a history dating from 1670. There is public parking just few steps away from the apartment.
El Centro is the neighbourhood at the very heart of historic Seville. With the majestic Cathedral at your doorstep, el Centro begins at the Plaza de San Francisco, location of the elaborate City Hall, one of the best examples of plateresque architecture in Spain.
The City Hall leads you to the main shopping area with it´s famous parallel shop-lined streets: Sierpes and Tetuan. This busy area is the place to come for clothes, sporting goods, jewellery and Sevilla Feria fashion: shawls, flamenco dresses, castanets and fans... The Palace of the Contesa de Lebrija is nearby, home to the famous Pan Mosaic which dates from roman times.
Heading northwest towards the Guadalquivir River is the Museo de Bellas Artes, the city’s Fine Art Museum, one of the most important art museums in Spain after Madrid’s Prado. The collection includes important work by Murillo and early Velazquez.

This was a lovely apartment however, it would be very cramped for 8 people, I think 6 would the maximum number. It is all open plan, upstairs and down and therefore does not offer a lot of privacy. It was fine for us as we were travelling with our adult daughter and she had the downstairs area to herself. It is an excellen apartment for a family. The owner was very friendly, left us lovely fruit as a welcome gift and allowed us a late check out.

Great apartment near centre of Seville. Easy walking to all the sights. There are a couple of supermarkets right nearby and some excellent local tapas bars. It is close to a small bus station and also a car park which is useful if you want to travel beyond Seville. Only minor inconvenience is that there is no kettle. Owners were great, on time to let us in and pick up the keys when we left. They were also very helpful. Photos and video very accurate.

El apartamento está muy bien equipado y decorado con esmero. Los electrodomésticos están muy bien y son muy silenciosos, por lo que se puede dormir en el salón sin problemas. Quizá mejor para 6 personas que para 8 ya que no hay mucho espacio para el segundo sofá cama. Al ser un espacio sin puertas (sólo las hay en los baños) lo recomiendo sobre todo para familias .Si se ha llegado a Sevilla en coche, lo mejor es dejar el coche en el parking que está al lado y disfrutar de la ciudad caminando. La propietaria es encantadora y muy detallista.

We only have two comments: it is not very comfortable to sleep in basement(it's not airy) and apartment should have more walls, so privacy could be provided. Otherwise we are very satisfied!
Response from the owner: Dear clients, Thank you for comment. We'll explain better in futures visits that four windows existing in the basement level are not fixed windows, they all can be opened (3 open positions). They can provided sufficient airing and sunlight surface (more than 4 m2; much more than the current buildings regulations forces to do). Regarding the privacy, as you know the apartment is "loft" type. We' sorry for don't tell you the possibility of putting screens. We considered that it wasn't necessary because you all were close friends. Thank you, one more time for your comment, which could permit us improve more and more.

We had a great stay here - the owners were delightful, gave us some great tips for eating and drinking around the area, and the place itself was really comfortable and well decked out. It comfortably slept the 5 of us, and the aircon was good in the heat of the summer. The location was fab - make sure to try the oldest beer bar across the road and their amazing tapas - and its easy to walk anywhere you need.

This is a wonderful apartment with a fantastic location in Seville. Its not in a touristy area but at the same time is near where all the action is. The apartment has all the amenities. The owners are very friendly. The one thing that I can point out for improvement is the apartment has too much of furniture. I can suggest removing some from the main floor to give some openness and more room to walk about.
