Wonderful 2-bedroom apartment with unique views over the Guadalquivir River, located on picturesque Betis Street in the Triana neighbourhood.

Views from the apartment include some of Seville's most famous landmarks: Triana Bridge, La Maestranza bullfighting arena, the Torre del Oro and the Cathedral tower - La Giralda.

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements: white marble flooring, dark wooden furniture and neutral walls. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space.

The living-dining room is brightly lit by two large windows with wonderful river views. There is a double sofa-bed for any additional guests. The modern kitchen, which is fully equipped for self-catering, is adjacent to the living area.

Two bedrooms with 2 twin beds each, a built-in wardrobe and a window facing the quiet interior courtyard of the building.

There is a bathroom with bathtub and additionally, a separate toilet.

"Betis Blue 2" is on the first floor of a recently refurbished building, with an elevator. The apartment offers high quality interiors and wonderful views: the Guadalquivir River seeming like an extension of the living room.

Note: The photos show the latest improvements in the apartment (Not the video). As shown on the photos, the 2 bedrooms are now completely independent, and the piano has been removed from the living room.

Triana is one of Seville´s authentic neighbourhoods. It´s located on the west bank of the Guadalquivir, a short walk across the river from the centre.

Historically the neighbourhood of craftsmen, sailors and dockworkers, today Triana still plays an important role in Seville's cultural heritage. It is one of the spiritual homes of flamenco culture, and home to the world renowned Triana pottery. Here you will find workshops and ateliers selling both traditional and modern ceramics.

Betis Street, which runs alongside the river, provides stunning views of the old city centre by day and night, and is a popular destination after hours with its wide range of restaurants, bars and clubs. At the far end of the street, by the Triana Bridge, is the 150 year old food market built over and beside the ruins of St. George's Castle - the Castillo San Jorge, once home of the infamous Inquisition.

The balance must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in time:
16:00 to 23:00h. Supplement for late check-in from 23:00 to 02:00h: 20€ (to be paid in cash, on arrival).
Early check-in is possible, but subject to availability.

Parking:
Daily rate: EUR 13. Reduced price at car park "Mercado de Triana". Located at 170 m from the apartment. Reservation by email required.

Todo muy bien salvo la salida. Para nosotros que nos salía el vuelo por la noche, nos pareció muy temprana la salida (11:00), siendo la entrada a partir de las 16:00. Por el resto todo muy bien.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft, sehr ruhig, dennoch absolut zentral und mit herrlicher Aussicht direkt am Fluss gelegen. Einrichtung sehr gut, Küchenutensilien etwas spärlich. 4 Betten einzeln, keine Doppelbetten möglich. Heizung bzw. Kühlung funktionieren ausgezeichnet. Empfang sehr freundlich und dank meiner Spanischkenntnisse auch kompetent, ansonsten wäre es mit Englisch schwierig geworden. Alles sehr sauber. Nur läuft unter der Duschwand sehr viel Wasser in das Bad, wenn man nicht mit Handüchern vorsorgt! Einziges Manko!

We stayed at this apartment for two weeks between Christmas and Reyes. We had stayed at the same place three years ago and it was still in great condition, and there had also been some renovations recently. We originally chose the apartment because of the views, and they are indeed magnificent! The photographs give a good idea of what the flat is like. The decoration is pleasant and the apartment is well suited for a longer stay. There is a washing machine and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking simple meals.

The apartment had been improved in terms of heating (there were two extra heaters in case it got cold) and hot water - our family of four didn't run out of hot water unlike last time.

The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to queries and helped in every way whenever we had a question. For example, we did not receive any information on how the air conditioning works when we arrived so the owner came himself to explain everything in detail (and in two languages!).

The only minus was a stuffy smell in the patio, but this didn't reach the flat whenever the air conditioning was on.

We hope to be able to return some day and would recommend this flat to others without hesitation.

The location of this nice apartment, overlooking the river, was even better than we expected when we booked our stay. The Triana neighborhood of Seville has a very nice feel unto itself. They are many, varied local dining options. We were able to walk across the bridge to all the tourist sites with ease, which was very convenient. When we unfortunately had hot water problems on our last evening, the owner himself came by to deliver new butane canisters for the hot water heater to resolve the problem. He was very pleasant to interact with and interested in the comfort of our stay. We would definitely consider staying here again if we return to Seville. The two couples that shared the apartment on this visit felt quite at home by the end of our stay. We would have appreciated a little information about where to find local supermarket shopping options/locations for the purchase of "stay at home" amenities like washing machine detergent, toothpaste, and ice for beverages.
We would definitely return to this location again. The rental agency's service was very good and there was no language barrier in any interactions.

We rented Blue Betis 2 & 3 in Triana for 4 nights. The apartment was great and in a perfect location!

However, apartment 2 claimed to sleep 6 but there were only four beds. I would not count the couch/futon as two beds.

As explained in the description, "Betis Blue 2" has 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each + a double sofa-bed in the living-room. The apartment was large, and had beautiful wooden modern touches. The balconies facing the River Guadalquivir were fabulous looking at the Torre de Oro and the Giralda, and the Plaza de Toros. Great location for running, jogging, walking along the river in the mornings. During the Feria, it was perfect because we saw the carriages and adorned horses as they walked down to the Faregrounds, as well as ladies all dressed in the flamenco dresses. The street the apt is on is narrow with not much traffic but has lots of places along it to eat tapas and have a drink right by the river.
The kitchen is incredible, with washer and dryer and all implements, including coffee maker.
First apartment where the bathroom had all supplies and in large containers. Also the bathroom had lots of room to place your toilettries.
The owner was right there once we needed an urgent request, and the office was very helpfull and patient. The Wifi was great.

Un lieu idéal et agréable pour découvrir Séville. La situation géographique permet de découvrir tant le vieux centre - le quartier de Santa Cruz - que d'autres quartiers comme celui de Triana où se situe l'appartement.

L'appartement est très agréable et dispose d'une vue magnifique. Les deux chambres sont très calmes et confortables (elles donnent sur un patio). Le salon peut être bruyant, surtout le matin entre 8h et 9h et durant les nuits les plus animées de la semaine en dépit du double vitrage effectivement présent.

Les prestations sont de grande qualité (literie, salle de bain, cuisine).

El apartamento Betis2 esta situado delante del Guadalquivir con vistas inmejorables de la ciudad. Al centro se accede tras un breve y agradable paseo atravesando en Puente de Triana.
Es un apartamento amplio y cómodo.
Es una lástima que en uno de los dormitorios no haya una cama matrimonial. Uno de los colchones individuales es bastante incómodo.
El apartamento tiene una potencialidad que no cubre la decoración. El sofá cama de la sala y sus estanterías vacías, dan un aspecto desalmado que choca con los materiales nobles, madera y mármol, con los que cuenta el piso.
Sea como sea la experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria.

Bien mais bruyant la nuit pour les personnes qui dorment dans le salon. Appartement idéal pour 4 personnes un peu moins bien pour 6. Sinon bonne situation belle vue.

large living area overlooking the river which could be noisy in the summer given the river front bars. however, bedrooms are at the back of the building and reasonably quiet. adjoining bedrooms great for families with small children. did not use the kitchen a great deal but very handy location for Triana food market which had fanstic quality produce available. some very nice local bars and cafes - with a pleasant 15min walk into the tourist heart of Seville
