Quirós 2B | Modern & bright apartment in central Seville

Loft-style 1-bedroom apartment suitable for 2-4 guests, located in Seville's historic centre just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral.

All rooms are bright and open-spaced. The apartment is designed in a "loft" style layout. There are no interior doors between living area, kitchen, dining space and bedroom.

The light-filled living area has three double glazed windows overlooking Quirós street; there is a double sofa-bed for any additional guests, a central table and flat-screen TV. Adjacent to the living area is the dining room with seating for up to four.

The bedroom has two twin beds placed together, a window facing an interior patio and a large built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is modern and functional with new appliances and utensils for self-catering. Full bathroom with shower.

Air-conditioning (hot/cold) and WI-FI internet access available.

The apartment building is a refurbished Sevillian house on three floors with an elevator made up exclusively of five holiday apartments.

El Arenal is one of the most vibrant areas of Seville, centrally located between the palm-lined eastern shore of the Guadalquivir River and the historic district of Santa Cruz.

Here you will find many of Seville´s attractions - all at your doorstep. Catch a bullfight at the internationally renowned arena of La Maestranza, or a concert at the Maestranza Theatre.  Visit the Naval History Museum of Seville, housed in  the landmark Torre Del Oro (Tower of Gold), or take a city boat cruise on the Guadalquivir. The Cathedral of Seville and the Alcázar Royal Palace are in the neighbouring district of Santa Cruz and a short walk away.

Explore one of the most exciting areas for eating out. There are many terrace bars, traditional restaurants and popular family-run taverns, where you can try a wide selection of tapas dishes typical of Seville.

Reservation deposit:

You are required to pay 20% of the total apartment rental to complete your booking.

Balance payment:

The balance must be paid in cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard), upon arrival.


Check-in time:
14:00 - 24:00h. Late check-ins after 24:00h have an additional charge of 20€.

Additional services:
Baby cot: for free (please advise in advancce).
Cleaning: Bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

Cancellation policy:
The 20% reservation deposit is completely non-refundable.

CÓMODO, ACOGEDOR. CENTRICO A 1MIN DE LA PLAZA NUEVA (SOLAMENTE HEMOS COGIDO DOS TAXIS PARA IR A LA ESTACION DE TREN) Y HEMOS VISTO TODO LO QUE QUERIAMOS VER DE SEVILLA ANDANDO. MUY LIMPIO Y CON TODO LO QUE PODIAMOS NECESITAR. TODO UN DETALLE LA PLANCHA CON SU TABLA Y EL SECADOR. CON UN SUPERMERCADO 24H AL LADO DEL APTO. LA ÚNICA PEGA QUE LE PONDRÍA ES QUE EL SOFA CAMA UN POCO INCOMODO, PERO PARA DORMIR 2NOCHES HA ESTADO BIEN.
