Two-bedroom apartment suitable for 4-6 guests. The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second bedroom has two twin beds put together.
The living room has a sofa-bed for any additional guests. Separate kitchen well-equipped with utensils and appliances for self-catering. The bathroom includes a washbasin, toilet and shower.
There is a small courtesy breakfast included in the daily rate at the Altamira bar, located just 50 metres distance from the accommodation.
The apartment building is made up of 6 holiday flats which overlook a large sunny square. Within the square is the Altamira Palace which dates from the 15th century and was inspired in its later construction by the Alcázar Royal Palace.
Note: The apartment building has a communal roof-terrace available for the use of guests.

Santa Cruz quarter is one of the most charming and colourful neighbourhoods of Seville, bordered by the Cathedral and the arab walls of the Alcázar Palace - Royal residence and stunning example of mudejar architecture.
With its labyrinth of narrow alleys, winding streets and pocket-sized squares, this picturesque neighbourhood transports us back to the time of its historical origins as the Jewish quarter of the city. In spring you will be delighted by the sweet smell of orange blossom in the air.
Find a wide variety of tapas bars, outdoor restaurants and souvenir shops, as you walk among lime-washed houses adorned with their traditional flower-filled balconies, and peer into the hidden courtyards which shade you from the hot Andalucian summer sun.

Excellent location near to the city center in a quiet small street. The appartment was very clean and well equiped. I would advise it for 4 people max. so you don't have to use the couch and the dinner table is a bit small for 6 people.

My family stayed in Apt 1c over the new year's holiday and it was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we especially appreciated the washer and clothes drying rack. The best thing about our stay was the service at the accompanying Altamira restaurant. The manager (or owner???) treated us extremely well, making sure that we were served the complimentary breakfast immediately and even arranging 10% off dinner without us even asking for it. He also kindly helped us with a taxi. My husband, son, and I really appreciated his quiet professionalism. The apartment was very quiet most of the time except for one evening when there were some local tapas bar noises but once we turned on the fan, that disappeared completely. The food at the Altimira Restaurant was very good, too. The kitchen was great for New Year's eve when the city pretty much shuts down. We had bought groceries at the nearby (5 min walk) supersol market so were happy to be able to make dinner. There is a lovely patio on the top floor that we also enjoyed for watching fireworks. The location is excellent, a few minute walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar, close enough to walk to the train station (or taxi stand around the corner) but in a quieter part of town with a peaceful plaza.

Petit appartement situé tout près de la cathédrale et real alcazar. Cadre agréable. Attention canapé lit peu confortable sinon rien à redire.

Very comfortable and quiet (bedrooms face rear court, so completely undisturbed sleeping--some street noise in front living area, but not objectionable at all) for my wife, I and two adult children (18 and 24) who did not mind sharing a bedroom (separate beds). Would have been more cramped if needed to use couch for sleeping so would not advise. Kitchen good for lite cooking (pasta, etc.) and convenience food (fruit, cereal, beer, snacks).
Nice location near, but just off of square, and near edge of tourist neighborhood (we usually get lodging away from tourism centers) so we easily got out into "real" Sevilla but had proximity to Real Alcazar, etc.
The free coffee and toast (nice large bread was really all needed to start the day) at the owners cafe on the square was nice, but I wish we didn't have to remind the table staff each day (otherwise you get charged). All staff very nice and accommodating.
