One-bedroom duplex apartment with a private terrace. Set in a recently restored, traditional building with a lovely arcaded courtyard in the Albaicín.

The interiors are of an exceptionally high quality finish and are decorated in an uncluttered, contemporary style with neutral colours and wood features.

Lower level: living room with a double sofa-bed, a central table and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, dishwasher and washing machine with dryer. The dining space can seat four.

There is an additional w.c. on the lower floor.

Upper level: bedroom with double bed (160x200cm), large built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

The bedroom opens into a small covered terrace with table and chairs.

Other features: free WI-FI internet access, central air conditioning (hot/cold), double-glazing and under-floor heating.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Garage parking is also available (see conditions) - an important service for guests arriving by car as many areas in the old Albaicín quarter are restricted to car traffic.

The Albaicín is a colourful and charming traditional neighbourhood set in the very heart of Granada. Made up of a network of winding streets and small squares rising up on a hill facing the Alhambra, the area is bordered by the Darro River and by the commercial centre of the city.

Once the site of the Moorish citadel, the Alcazaba, the area still retains a sense of its past in its architecture - many of the churches were built on the foundations of mosques. Today, parts of the Albaicín have taken on a distinctly North African feel with many tearooms and small shops selling Morroccan goods.

Wander through the streets and you'll find wonderful views, a wide variety of restaurants and many terrace bars - where you get a free tapa with your drink as is the custom in Granada.  For the best view in town, head for the lively Mirador de San Nicolás where you can contemplate the whole of the Alhambra with the peaks of Sierra Nevada as a backdrop. As the poet said, "Give him charity, girl, as there is nothing worse in life than being blind in Granada"!

Parfait pour visiter Grenade sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Parking , logement très confortable avec tout ce qu'on peut désirer, personnels très professionnels et toujours prêts à rendre service, calme irréprochable, situation idéale pour se promener et trouver des restaurants de qualité, etc.
La possibilité d'avoir quelques produits directement à l'accueil est très sympathique et on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur l'Alhambra de la terrasse qui est à quelques pas de l'hébergement.

Apartamento muy bien situado, el aparcamiento es un valor añadido indispensable si piensas llegar en coche al albaicin (solo para valientes llegar hasta el, eso si, aunque las indicaciones que te brindan son adecuadas). El apartamento en si tiene una estética moderna y funcional que no defrauda, la presencia de baño en ambas plantas hace que gane en comodidad.

This apartment is located in the best possible area of Granada. Near the top of the hill in the Albaicin neighborhood, it makes for an easy walk to San Nicolas plaza to view the Alhambra or for an easy journey downhill to the city center. It is also walking distance to the Alhambra which is essential. The best way to experience Granada is by feeling like your part of the old city strolling through the steep and small neighborhood walks and streets! This is in no way accomplished by hiking 5 miles to your huge hotel complex with no character on the other side of the city. While I was staying in Sevilla I visited the Veoapartment office and told them I was planning a 2 night trip to Granada and needed an affordable apartment. They nailed it by suggesting the San Jose 2 Terrace. Thanks for your help Joao and Marie.

"Excellent apartments - exceeded my expectations"

I rented 2 apartments at this complex, as we were 6 people. The apartments are in excellent shape, brand new, outstandingly equipped, and the owner, Victor, is an extraordinary host. He goes above and beyond what you can expect. As access to the old city of Granada, where the apartments are located is very intricate due to narrow and meandering streets, and has many streets with vehicle restrictions (200 Euro fine if accessed), Victor picked us up at the city Center and lead us to the apartments. Same he did when we left. There was no taster in the apartment, and when we asked Victor if we missed it, he said no one had asked before for a toaster. Hours later the toaster was a t the apartment, and he personally brought a loaf of bread for us to have wit the toaster. His suggestions about places to visit and bars-restaurants were excellent as he is a local and as such knows way more that the travel guides.
